The Flash Family is a group of characters in the DC Comics universe who are connected to the Flash, a superhero who possesses superhuman speed. The original Flash is Jay Garrick, who first appeared in 1940. He was followed by Barry Allen, who debuted in 1956 and became the most well-known version of the character. The most recent Flash is Wally West, who took over the mantle of the Flash after Barry Allen's death.

In addition to these three Flashes, there are several other characters who have been associated with the Flash Family, including their sidekicks, allies, and other characters who have gained similar powers through various means. These characters include Kid Flash, Jesse Quick, Impulse, XS, and the Reverse-Flash. They often work together as a team to fight crime and protect Central City and the wider DC Universe.

The Outsiders is a team of superheroes in the DC Comics universe, created by Batman as a secret black-ops team. The team was first introduced in 1983 in the comic book series "Batman and the Outsiders." The original lineup consisted of Batman, Black Lightning, Metamorpho, Geo-Force, Halo, and Katana. The team's purpose was to tackle missions that were too dangerous for the Justice League, and to operate outside of the usual laws and regulations that governed other superhero teams.

The team has undergone several lineup changes over the years, with various members leaving and joining the team. Some other characters that have been associated with the team include Nightwing, Oracle, and Batgirl.
